Waiting - April 20th, 2020

Hi, everyone.

I hope you are all surviving and at least coping, if not thriving.

I’m in that strange place of waiting.  I don’t have a job, but the possibility of one, (and one in my field.) However, because of the nature of the work, I can only do some gig stuff before knowing the outcome–and nothing that would actually make money enough to justify putting my family’s health at risk.  So, here am I, like many of you, waiting and trying to make the best of it.  I hope you think this writing is a good use of my time.  (If you do, I would be so grateful if you dropped a comment or an email to crowmama@everfixedmarkfanfiction.com

This pastel by Degas, while beautiful, depicts the tension, the exasperation, and the doubts that can batter while being stuck waiting.  I think Vincent would totally understand.  So now, without further ado, Home: Chapter 19.

    Hi Crowmama
I hope you and yours are well. I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying Home while stuck at…home! Your plotting is so true to the characters and your writing is a joy to read. Truly something to look forward to. I am waiting with bated breath for Ch 20.
    Take care!

Dear Maria – Thank you so much for commenting! You are very sweet and your words are much appreciated. We are doing as well as we can. You are right, the name is a little… on the nose in the current state of the world. LOL. 🙂 I am so glad you are enjoying it! I am enjoy writing it! Sharing a special fandom with others is a joy. Beauty and the Beast gives my mind something to think about that isn’t you-know-what.

I hope you and yours are in excellent health. (We are all going to sound like Mr. Darcy by the end of this thing. 😉 ) Thank you again for writing. I hope we can talk more soon. – <3 Karen, Crowmama
